Yuliya Vasilko is Head of Business Development, she’s been with Lightpoint Global for more than three years. During this period, she made her way from Sales Manager to the Head of Business Development department, among other things, due to her clear strategic thinking, talent in building streamlined processes, and ability to uncover the client’s needs and address them precisely.
Yulia has vast experience working with customers in software development for Fintech, Publishing, Healthcare, Martech, Retails & eCommerce, and other businesses located in the USA, Canada, Western Europe, UK, and Ireland.
At Lightpoint, Yuliya is responsible for:

Team Management and presales process
Development of company strategies for different markets
Negotiation with customers: handling intercalls, kicks-off, agreeing on pricing models, and other project stipulations
High-level clients consultation: choosing the engagement model for the project, idea validation, collecting major business requirements, outlining deadlines and required resources
Monitoring sales documentation (like contracts, invoices, SLAs, NDAs, and other)
Turning to non-work activities, we asked Yuliya to tell about her hobbies:
«I’m keen on cycling, I ride a bike every day. In the morning I prefer a fast pace that energizes me — I feel rejuvenated, uplifted, and ready for a working day. In the evening I opt for moderate cycling to enjoy the sunset and surroundings.
Another hobby is traveling. Italy and Turkey are my absolute faves, I’m going to visit them again and explore more places, for example, Lake Como in Italy.»
