Igor has vast experience working with customers in software development for Fintech, Publishing, Healthcare, Martech, Retails & eCommerce, and other businesses located in the USA, Canada, Western Europe, UK, and Ireland.

Team Management and presales process
Development of company strategies for different markets
Negotiation with customers: handling intercalls, kicks-off, agreeing on pricing models, and other project stipulations
High-level clients consultation: choosing the engagement model for the project, idea validation, collecting major business requirements, outlining deadlines and required resources
Monitoring sales documentation (like contracts, invoices, SLAs, NDAs, and other)
